She has been out on the edge of her own development, consciously growing herself, precariously balanced in service of her soul’s calling to be deeply in service to our collective evolution. Her willingness to walk this edge for many years, equips her with the knowledge of what is needed, what works, what doesn’t and what trips us up and she offers this wisdom to you.

She has passionately pursued the question “how does an individual, a team or an organization create change?” Her personal developmental journey has led her back home to herself, again and again and she offers all she has learned along her transformational journey, to those seeking the same refuge.

Her unique gift of seeing and identifying patterns coupled with her embodied somatic kinesthetic awareness, had her excelling in sport at a young age. She went on to become an international athlete, having played rugby for the Canadian Women’s team in two World Cups and kicked off the first ever Women’s Rugby World Cup in 1991.

Giving birth all naturally and raising her three children provided her the necessary realization of the unhealthy patterns of child rearing that needed to change. She quickly learned she needed to show up differently for her children,  to raise them in a more conscious and connected way. She dug deep, uncovered and released many of old paradigm beliefs of raising children, which allowed for her kids to honor, respect and trust their own inner wisdom to act from their own inner authority.

As a child, Micheline struggled in the status quo public school system, she experienced sexual trauma at a young age, she left her family home at 16, she pushed up against many obstacles and boundaries from what she was told and taught to believe. As a result she is passionately driven for all children to be fully seen, honored, and for their one precious life, their unique path of passion and purpose, to be encouraged and fostered by trusting their inner wisdom and true authority. 

The transformative power of love that every child needs, begins with the adults who create the environment they are raised in. AND,  the adults raising the children are in need of the same environment, surrounded by the transformative power of love to grow, develop and change the deeply held beliefs that continue to perpetuate more of the same.  

These new skills and capacities needed to raise a child in a conscious and connected way are the very same skills needed to lead in business, be an entrepreneur, manage a team, guide a classroom, have a happy and secure marriage, pursue your purpose, stand strong in the face of adversity, to navigate uncertainty, to become the true authority of your life and it all begins with finding your own way home to your innate wisdom and true authority. 

She has a Masters Degree in Educational Counseling, and is Certified as a Professional Coach with the International Coaching Federation.  She has innumerable certificates and courses that advance her skills and enhances her natural ability to be with you and all that you are. She has created the online Executive Parenting Process, the Women’s Wholistic Leadership Lab, Global Shared Agreements for Girls and the Gen Zen Warrior Training.  She has been a School Counselor in the Waldorf and Montessori Education system, homeschooled her own children, has coached whole faculty of teachers, as well as Leadership teams of Directors, is an Advisor to Uplift Kids, an online resource for weekly spiritual lessons for parents and children to discover their inner compass and she continues to be a faculty member of the Integral Coaching Canada School, coaching new coaches in the Integral methodology.
