This diagnostic is a mirror.

Not a quiz.
Not a personality test.
And not designed to reassure you.

It is used to help women who are highly capable, deeply responsible, and widely relied upon recognize whether their current way of leading at home, at work, and in life is still aligned with who they are becoming.

Many women arrive here not because something is “wrong,”
but because what once worked no longer feels sustainable.

If you are here, you may recognize yourself in some of these:

You are trusted, relied upon, and capable, yet increasingly tired in ways rest doesn’t fully resolve.

You hold more than is visible or acknowledged.

You have outgrown roles and identities that once defined you.

You sense a transition underway, but can’t think your way through it.

This is not a productivity issue.
It is not a mindset issue.
And it is not something you fix by trying harder.

It is a capacity and identity threshold.

What This Assessment Does

This assessment will:

  • Help you identify whether you are operating within your current leadership capacity or beyond it

  • Name the invisible costs of continuing as you are

  • Orient you to the level of support this stage actually requires

This assessment will not:

  • Teach you how to regulate yourself better

  • Offer practices or strategies

  • Help you self-correct or self-manage your way forward

Insight is not the solution here.

Recognition is the doorway.

A Moment of Reorientation

Before you begin, know that nothing here will be graded, analyzed, or interpreted of you, or for you.

The purpose is to support self-witnessing,  to help you notice where you may be carrying emotional or energetic weight that is no longer yours to hold.

Answer from what you sense, not what you think you should say.
Your responses remain your own.
Afterward, you will decide whether a diagnostic conversation feels appropriate.

We’ll only use this information to give you access to the assessment and,  if you choose, to share next steps.
