In the BE ALL IN initiation – there are many teaching recordings you will have access to that will support you building the skills of a conscious, expanded parent. All the same skills of being a conscious leader are the very same skills for being a conscious parent. Yes, as a conscious parenting expert for the past 30 years, you can bring all your questions each week to coaching and office hours to shed the patterns of the past and to create the skills and capacities to lead your children to be the future leaders!
I want to lead and execute change within my organization is this the right place for me?
Yes! At the root of BE ALL IN, you are the creator of your future. If the future you see and sense is making necessary changes within your organization, you have to grow in your capacity to be the one to lead those changes. BE ALL In is the place to grow beyond what is holding you back. It is the place to practice being the fierce, vulnerable, tender, passionate leader who communicates and takes action from integrity. What if I am completely new to leading my own coaching business?
Great question. It is fine to be new at building a business or birthing a vision into reality, however to be in this work, it is for those who are committed to becoming the leader they know is possible, and that requires your skills of self development practice. You are the creator of your own initiation, and therefore you will need to metabolize your old identity to be able to create a new. You will accelerate your results faster by working within a high level group of committed, experienced, passionate change makers!
What can I expect as a return on my investment?
To be completely honest, it is entierly up to you and what you decide. Everyone who joins BE ALL IN has a different level of experience, different level of skill, and will take different amount of time for creation. Everyone has a different starting point. However, this is a cauldron of alchemy and support is streamlined for you to shed what is keeping you inert and expand your capacity for your vision fullfilled. This is not just mindset work, it is a deep internal operating system upgrade that will have you leverage your soul’s desire with systems and proven processes. You are the leader you need and it is your initiation process to create your wildest dreams.
Do you offer 1:1 coaching support?
Yes, we offer one-on-one help through the weekly live coaching. We have also have office hours for you to reach out. You have 1;1 coaching call every four months to check in on your goals and milestones. In addition, if, at any point, you feel you need additional 1:1 coaching that can be arranged at an additional fee.
What if I don't have an email list of social media following?
Great question. Many students in BE ALL IN have come in with absolutely nothing except a deep passion for creating their vision. We will guide you on how to build your audience and grow your email list rapidly so that you can begin gathering clients for your programs. We will have coaching in this area. If you have any questions, you can get the immediate support you need.
What if I have a full time job, can I still pull this off?
Yes, many who join are looking to break free from their jobs and therefore setting themselves up to walk away from their positions. Others are already entrepreneurs and founders looking to expand and create bigger impact.
I don't have any courses or programs yet, can I still do this?
Yes, we will support you to design your offers . Plus, if you choose, we will walk through your model, tools, and together we will review your offer before you take it to market. Do you have a fiery passion to make it a reality? That is the starting point.
How is this different then an online course I can do on my own?
Community your greatest assets. We are going a future where community is catapult for great change.YOu will be challenged. You will be celebrated, seen, heard and you will use the cauldron of alchemy to be in the deep practice of being visible and sharing your BIG vision. An online course or typical group coaching program is not there for you. In addition, most group programs or online courses are limited in their time, such as 8 or 12 weeks. BE ALL IN is for a full 12 months to provide you the fullness of your transformation and creation.
Will I need to hire anyone?
The short answer is no. Technically no. However, we are a big fan of leverage and want to ensure that you have VAs in place to help you execute areas of your business that do not maximize your time. So you can focus your time on areas that bring you the biggest result. So if you want to leverage your time, we recommend hiring a low-cost virtual assistant to help you with menial tasks that you, as the entrepreneur, should not be spending your time doing.
