Once you see this stuck pattern with new consciousness you are then able to choose differently. This active, intentional free will is your evolutionary birth right and no matter your age you can always choose differently.

During your six month coaching program you will receive:
- A fully customized Integral Coaching Program™
- Developmental objectives, that are the guideposts for measuring and holding the structure of your process
- Focus practices co-designed, every two weeks, to build the new skills in small incremental steps.
- An in-depth Intake process that allows you to fully explore, digest and discover your unique challenges and suffering
- Additional support through text or email in between sessions if need be
